Our First Minnesota Christmas!

There was no way I was going to be away from my kids for Christmas so when Alex and Ben broke the news that they couldn't come to California for Christmas there was only one thing to do... take Christmas to Minnesota. After sending boxes of clothes and gifts ahead of time and packing 5 oversized bags we were headed for a White Christmas. Steph and Nessa flew straight from Logan on the 17th and Scott, Maddie and I arrived the next day. We had 12 days full of food and fun and Felicity. Like expected she was the star of the trip and everyones favorite source of entertainment. Christmas is my favorite time of year and it reminds me of the abundance of blessings and wonderful gifts my Heavenly Father has given my family and I!

Christmas Sunday! Everyone wanted their own picture with City!

Go Timberwolves! Since the Browns only 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis we treated ourselves to a game!

Sugar Cookie time!! Felicity loved helping and of course Vanessa took on the burden of taste testing!

An evening on skates. We had a wonderful dinner at the Old Spaghetti factory down town and then enjoyed some indoor ice skating.

Christmas Eve!! Dinner at Ruth's Chris

The traditional giving of the matching Christmas pajamas

Christmas Day!  Santa always pulls through!
